Standard Trolley Tilter

The machine has been developed to empty standard trolleys with 40 Kg potatoes.

In addition, it is possible to further transport the potatoes in the taring line. The Tilter will act as part of a tare line. The taring line is designed for taring 40 Kg potato samples. The Tilter ensures that the potatoes end up in the line in a dosed manner. The aim of this is to tare and inspect the potatoes that can be processed into chips.

After the taring line has been started up, a standard trolley can be driven into the Tilter. When the green start button is pressed and all conditions are correct, the standard trolley will go up and the potatoes will be unloaded into the bunker. This bunker continues to rotate the potatoes over the taring line by means of a conveyor belt mounted underneath.
