Coating line mold cheese
The mold cheeses are on stackable racks. These racks can be fed per stack into the machine line by means of a custom pump truck.
The stack of racks with mold cheeses is unstacked by the robot with a gripper that is customized for the respective racks. Thus, they are fed one after another onto the next string line.
The racks go one after the other through the plasticizer where the coating layer is dosed by means of a licking tube, after applying the coating the racks go on to the tipper. Here the cheeses are turned around so that on the way back the other side can be coated. When the racks arrive back at the robot, the cheeses are completely coated and the robot stacks the racks again. Next, the stack of racks outside the light curtains can be picked up again by the modified pump truck.
