Stacking Box Cleaner

A machine developed by RMA Techniek to clean stacking boxes.

First of all, a stack of up to 5 boxes high is placed on the supply chain conveyors. These boxes will be transported across the chain conveyor towards the robot. When the boxes have reached the end of the chain conveyor, the robot will start to take the top box.

The box is clamped by means of a gripper and will subsequently place the box in the cleaner.

When the box has been cleaned, the robot will pick up the box and move it to the discharge roller conveyor where the boxes are stacked back up to five high. Lastly, the boxes will be transported to the end and the clean boxes can be taken from the chain conveyor.

The entire installation consists of:

• Supply chain conveyors
• Robot + gripper
• Stacking box cleaner
• Discharge chain conveyor
