3D Camera Fries

The 3D camera has been developed to measure the length/height of fries.

This 3D camera will use a 3D sensor to determine the dimensions of each passing fry. The information is collected per sample and made available online.

The 3D camera consists of a conveyor belt that runs under a sealed space. In this room, the 3D sensor can determine the dimensions of the potato with the aid of a laser beam. The data of each potato will be stored.

This 3D camera is equipped with a corresponding dosing vibrator. The function of the vibrator is to dose the potatoes on the conveyor belt of the 3D camera so that the potatoes can be measured by the 3D camera.
