Plasticizer with roller conveyors

The cheese is manually placed from the cheese box onto the unpowered feed roller conveyor and then manually pushed into the plasticizer. The roller conveyor is also equipped with an input screen with which the entire installation can be operated.

In the plasticizer, a preset quantity of plastic is first applied to the cheese. Then the plastic will be distributed over the cheese by means of 4 flap rollers. After plasticizing, the cheese is discharged through the output side.

After the plasticizer there is a driven curve roller conveyor through which the cheeses go around the curve without touching a side.

Finally, the cheeses arrive via the curve roller conveyor on the unpowered output roller conveyor. Because the track slopes slightly, the cheeses move by gravity to the end of the roller conveyor. Here the operator can pick up the cheeses and manually put them back in the cheese box.
