Robotcell for Worms

Robot cell for stacking crates with worms developed by RMA-Techniek.

In the Robotcell installation, 3 positions are predetermined for different actions. First of all, there is a position for pallets where the pallets are stacked. Also, there is a stacking position that is predestined for stacking crates on a chain conveyor. The last position is the pick-up position where the crates are picked up from the belt.

The robot has a gripper where 4 crates and Euro pallets can be picked up with simultaneously.
