Metal detection

To ensure that there is no metal contamination in the machines during later stages of the production process, this is detected by RMA-Techniek's metal detection machine.

In this machine, bins are emptied onto a conveyor belt by means of a tilting mechanism. This conveyor belt passes under a sensor that checks for the presence of metal on the belt. If metal is detected, the belt is stopped so that the metal can be manually removed.
