Sub-Sample Unit

The sub-sample unit of RMA Techniek BV is intended to separate potatoes and move them by means of two different conveyor belts.

The potatoes will pass over the length meter conveyor belt and will fall on the rear part of the belt. The potatoes that have to be kept separate for the sub-sample are dropped on the other side of the center guide by switching the valves. The choice of potatoes that may be included in the sub-sample can be entered via the control program.

Both are first weighed in an underlying weighing bin and then removed with a conveyor belt.
