The Inspection Table has been developed to test potatoes for quality. The potatoes are washed and weighed. Also, by means of the HMI screen, data can be entered from the potato samples.
This machine has been developed to cut chips from the center of the potato. The inspector will perform a number of tests with this chip to determine the quality of the batch of potatoes.
French fries cutter
The French fries cutter has been developed to cut fries from the center of the potato. The inspector will perform a number of tests with these fries to determine the quality of the batch of potatoes.
The Underwater weigher has been developed to determine the dry matter content of potatoes. By weighing the weight above and underwater, the dry matter content can be determined by means of a formula.
When the machine is started and tared to 0, the basket can be filled with a sample of potatoes of a maximum of 15 kg. The basket is hung on the appropriate hook and the cycle can be started using the start button. First, the machine will weigh the weight above water. Then the cylinder goes out so that the basket is submerged. The weight is weighed again underwater. The cylinder then retracts and the machine determines the dry matter content based on the weights. After the cycle is completed, the green light will turn off and the dry matter content will be displayed.
The pallet weigher has been developed to weigh pallets. This is done by means of putting a pallet on the pallet weigher. After the pallets are on the pallet weigher, the weight can be weighed by interacting with the screen.
The Photo Unit is ideal for taking clear pictures of potato samples. To take a photo, the push button must be pressed. The push-button is located at the bottom right of the front. The photo will be made available online when the photo has been taken.
The Peeler has been developed to peel or wash a sample of potatoes of up to 25 kg. This is done by throwing the potatoes into the machine (or they are fed automatically) and pressing start. After starting, the bottom, which consists of a peeling disc or wax disc, starts to rotate. The potatoes will be thrown around in the drum and at the peeler, the skin will be sanded off by the rough peeling disc. In the washer, the dirt is removed from the potatoes by rinsing and rubbing each other over each other. After a set time, the washer/peeler will eject the potatoes onto the conveyor belt by means of the ejection flap.
The washing/peeling time can be set on the screen. In addition, dosing is carried out so that not all potatoes end up on the discharge conveyor at the same time.
