3D Camera Line
The 3D camera has been developed to measure the length/height of products by means of a dosing vibrator and 3D camera.
The supply belt is the start of the taring line, the samples arrive on this belt. After this, the products end up on a vibrating chute. The dosing system is intended for dosing products and the dosing vibrator is mainly used in conjunction with another machine, for example, a 3D camera. In this case, the dosing vibrator ensures that the products are dosed in the direction of the 3D camera, resulting in higher accuracy. Due to the vibration effect of this vibrating chute, the products are moved towards the 3D camera.
After the products have been distributed on the conveyor belt by the dosing system, the products pass through a 3D camera. The 3D camera can measure the length, width, and height of the products. This information is collected per sample and made available online. Moreover, with this information, the average height can be determined. The 3D camera consists of a conveyor belt that runs under an enclosed space. In this room, the 3D sensor can determine the dimensions of the products by means of a laser beam. In addition, the data of each product can be saved.
The weighing bunker is used to weigh and unload samples. The products are imported from the top of the 3D camera. Subsequently, the products fall into the weighing bin where they are weighed. After weighing, the machine will unload the product according to the parameters set on the conveyor belt under the machine.
