Automatic Bell Pepper Weighing System

An automatic weighing system for three different colours of bell peppers, with a weighing capacity of up to 2.5 kg.

System Specifications

• High accuracy: The bell pepper weigher is accurate to within one bell pepper.
• 3× Infeed Hoppers: One for each of the three bell pepper colours.
• Adjustable Hopper Design: Hoppers equipped with mechanically adjustable angled bottoms and adjustable side guides to ensure accurate dosing towards a central point.
• Capacity: Sufficient capacity for 1.5 crates, approximately 15 kg of bell peppers.
• 3× Infeed Conveyors: Bell peppers are fed individually.
• 2× Weighing Hoppers: 3 kg weighing capacity, equipped with brushes for drop protection.
• 2× Bag Attachment Points: Internally equipped with drop protection.
• 2× Pneumatic Bag Lifts: For automatic bag filling.
• Material: Manufactured from stainless steel 304.
