Checkweigher with Infeed Conveyor

An alignment system designed to combine bags from two vertical form-fill-seal machines into a single checkweigher. The checkweigher features a four-belt weighing system with a discharge conveyor.

System Specifications

• Alignment system with transfer station: Designed to insert one bag from sealing machine 2 between each bag from sealing machine 1.
• Weighing range: Up to 10,000 grams.
• DC drum motors.
• Capacity: 45–50 bags per minute, weighing between 1 and 5 kg.
• Data communication: Possibility to record and read data via Ethernet.
