Multihead Weigher Infeed Conveyor

A feed conveyor developed by RMA Techniek for transporting products to a multihead weigher.

First, the product is fed onto the conveyor at the beginning of the trough belt. During feeding, the belt rotates and distributes the products evenly across the conveyor. Once the products reach the top of the conveyor, they fall into a multihead weigher, where they are weighed.

The multihead weigher is positioned on a custom-designed platform. In addition, a special wall has been installed at the rear of the platform, where the multihead weigher's buckets can be hung for cleaning.
