Tray washing machine
A machine developed by RMA Techniek for cleaning trays/cheese racks.
The washing machine consists of an enclosed chamber in which the trays can be placed. The trays are positioned on a rotating platform. After closing the door and starting the machine, the stack of trays begins to rotate.
Fixed spray lines are positioned at specific locations inside the washing machine. As the stack rotates, it passes along these spray lines, ensuring that all sides of the stack are thoroughly rinsed and cleaned.
A water buffer is located at the bottom of the washing machine, underneath the rotating platform. Therefore, the stacks of trays must be loaded into the machine using a pallet truck. The pallet truck can be positioned underneath the machine, allowing the stack to be easily placed onto the rotating platform.
Features:
- CIP system;
- Capacity of 55 trays per cycle;
- 3 washing cycles in approximately 1 hour.
